These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jutabet8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at jutabet8.co and all associated gaming services, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, Fisher Game, and Lottery (collectively, "the Platform").

jutabet8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jutabet8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering an account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number.
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
3. Maintain the confidentiality of your jutabet8 login credentials, including your password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

jutabet8 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or terminate an account without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the jutabet8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Deposits

1. Minimum deposit amount is RM 10. The maximum single deposit amount is subject to the limits displayed in your account payment section.
2. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB online transfer, Public Bank online transfer, and cryptocurrency.
3. Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically credited to your jutabet8 account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during off-peak hours.
4. jutabet8 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

4.2 Withdrawals

1. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the account holder's verified identity. jutabet8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
2. Verified accounts may withdraw via e-wallet within 30 minutes of request confirmation during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
3. jutabet8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence verification on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may temporarily delay processing.
4. Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to the account. Bonus funds and associated winnings may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
5. jutabet8 reserves the right to void winnings and decline withdrawals where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, use of prohibited software, or violation of these Terms.

All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by jutabet8 are subject to the following general conditions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in the promotion. jutabet8 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion.
2. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion expressly permits otherwise.
3. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
4. Bonus funds are applied to qualifying game categories only. Wagering on excluded games does not contribute toward wagering requirements.
5. jutabet8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying wagering requirements in progress at the time of modification are honoured.
6. The use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms through coordinated or systematic play, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the jutabet8 Platform are subject to the relevant game rules and the following general provisions:

1. All bets are final once confirmed. jutabet8 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in these Terms or applicable game rules.
2. jutabet8 reserves the right to void a bet at any time where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, human error, or any other system malfunction that resulted in an incorrect price or outcome being offered or recorded.
3. For live casino games, the recorded video feed maintained by jutabet8 constitutes the definitive record of game outcomes. In the event of any dispute between a player's records and the platform's records, the platform's records shall prevail.
4. Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific sports betting rules published within the jutabet8 sportsbook section, which govern settlement, push rules, event postponement, and related scenarios.
5. Maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These limits are displayed within each game or market. jutabet8 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jutabet8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate Platform functionality.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotion.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any attempt to use the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identity information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of jutabet8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. jutabet8 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether jutabet8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. jutabet8's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
3. jutabet8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
4. jutabet8 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device incompatibilities, or third-party payment system failures that may affect your access to or use of the Platform.

jutabet8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session time reminders and mandatory logout after a specified duration.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jutabet8, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution. jutabet8 will make reasonable efforts to resolve player complaints within five (5) business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
